Helvetica is a film that explores the reasons why Helvetica has been the most used typeface in the design field. I wasn't aware of this typeface up until my Technical Writing class where my professor explained that Helvetica was the preferred typeface of most designers. I knew Helvetica was the name of a font, but I didn't know this was used in almost everywhere where text is required such as company logos, advertisements, legal documents, etc. The Helvetica film made it clearer for me to see why most designers prefer Helvetica over any other typeface available out there.
