Narrative Photography - Work in Progress (2/4)

Over these last two weekends, I have been practicing taking photographs using my DSLR camera and figuring out how the aperture, the shutter speed, and the ISO work.

The following are some photos I took while I was experimenting with the camera.

Narrative Project Part 2 - First Attempt (1/3)

The second part of our narrative project was to create a different narrative using some of our original photographs and manipulating them in Photoshop. Basically, we had to create a whole different story in which fantasy was the main theme. The image below shows my first attempt in creating a fantasy narrative. For this particular photo, I wanted to have a city emerging from the water and shrink my brother to make it look like he was just entering or discovering a world of giants. However, I didn't really like how it was turning out so I decided to stop there and use another photograph.
